Good lip balm is a must have, especially in cold months, as it helps to keep your lips in good condition.
Here is my latest love – Jouer Lip Enhancer which is infused with Jojoba oil, Shea butter & vitamins A & C.  I personally find it very effective as it makes the lips feel  moistirised and smooth, without any greasy or oily residue. And as a result – look better!
